Quality / Process Engineering Specialist
We are looking for a hands-on shop floor engineer to work with our skilled machining technicians to develop and improve our quality/inspection processes in our grinding and milling operations. The right individual will have experience working with very tight tolerances (+/- .0015mm), be self-directed and require minimal supervision, and have the confidence to take responsibility for all aspects of the quality function.
CNC Machinist (Precision CNC ID/OD Grinding)
Program, setup, and operate Studer, Voumard, Tripet, Heald, or Tschudin ID/OD precision CNC Grinding Machines. This position produces close tolerance parts for high speed machine tool spindles in our clean, comfortable spindle production facility in Racine, WI. Micron level precision work in a low volume, high variety environment. Responsible for own quality inspection.
CNC Machinist (Mazak Integrex)
Experienced machinist needed to program, setup, and operate Mazak CNC Integrex 400 Mill / Turn machine in a low volume, high variety & precision environment. Must be able to use GD&T skills to interpret metric prints and setup and produce quality parts efficiently. Responsible for own inspection and quality. Programing experience in Mazatrol or Esprit CAM software is required. Experience in programming and setting up other CNC milling and turning equipment using G & M code is a plus.
